Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your name, address, and contact details.
  2. A description of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your district (or the judicial district where your service provider is located) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA takedown.
  5. Your signature (physical or electronic).
